Most roofing warranties cover shingles and little else. The GAF System Plus® Limited Warranty covers your roof as a complete system — and it's only available through certified contractors like Power Points LLC.

Protection against the blue-green algae streaking that discolors Front Range roofs, depending on the shingle line selected.

If a covered repair requires removing the existing roof, tear-off labor is included rather than billed back to you.
How To Qualify
- Installation by a GAF Certified™ or Master Elite® contractor — like Power Points LLC
- At least three qualifying GAF Accessory Products installed with your shingles
- Correct attic ventilation per GAF specification
- Registration of the warranty with GAF after the project is complete

It's an enhanced manufacturer warranty available only through GAF-certified contractors. It goes beyond the standard shingle-only warranty by covering the full GAF roofing system — shingles plus qualifying accessory products — with a non-prorated protection period and tear-off coverage.
The standard warranty covers shingles alone and prorates quickly. System Plus® adds accessory product coverage, a 50-year Smart Choice® non-prorated period, up to 15 years of wind coverage, and tear-off labor on covered claims.
There is no separate consumer fee for System Plus®. What it requires is a qualifying installation — certified contractor, qualifying accessory products, and proper ventilation — which is how we build every roof anyway.
GAF allows a one-time transfer within a defined window after installation, which is a real selling point for Littleton and Denver Metro homes. Terms are spelled out in the warranty document.
We handle it. Once your roof is complete and passes final inspection, Power Points LLC submits the registration to GAF and provides you a copy for your records.
